This is a different question than the Stage 2 scanner. That tool finds stocks after they've already broken out on volume. This one looks for stocks still basing, before the move. Recalibrated using the Breakout Audit tool: across multiple weeks of confirmed breakouts, proximity to the 52-week high and a flat-or-rising 30WMA were the strongest, most consistent precursors — those two stay as a required gate below. Range contraction and volume dry-up were real but weaker signals, so they're now scoring bonuses rather than disqualifiers — a stock can still show up here without a perfectly dried-up base, it'll just score lower than one that has both. Nothing here is confirmed; this is a watchlist, not a buy list.
Use the week selector to check the tool's own track record: pick "1-4 weeks ago" to see exactly what this scanner would have flagged back then, and it'll automatically check whether each one went on to actually trigger a Stage 2A breakout afterward — no need to manually cross-reference against Chartink. "This week" stays purely forward-looking, since the future hasn't happened yet.
